Tony's Point of View:  Currently there are only a handful of resale units available but those will go fast.  When rental units appear on the multiple listing service, they are also gone quickly, sometimes in hours.  With Zappos moving downtown in 2013 and the recent opening of The Smith Center for Performing Arts, downtown properties will fair well.
