Tony's Point of View: Metropolis Condos Las Vegas was built by Randall Davis, a successful developer out of Houston, Texas. The Metropolis is Davis' first development outside of Texas and has art-deco inspiration with lofts and flats. Many units have remarkable views looking over the Wynn Golf Course and units that are for sale are resale units offered from third parties. You will not be able to enter this building unless you are an owner since security is very tight. Metropolis Condos are located off the Strip but still close enough to get to shopping, casinos and great restaurants within a few minutes drive. The nice, large lobby maintains a very metropolitan feel to it, ergo the name. In 2011 there were 9 resales at an average price of $115 psf. Units in this tower do not come to market as often and if a unit becomes available it is worthwhile to take a close look at this property.
